Professional Biography
Lauribeth is a Kansas City native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. She began her career in pediatric hematology and oncology, where she cared for children and families navigating complex medical diagnoses. After seven years in that specialty, she attained her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri- Kansas City.
Lauribeth is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner that has since developed a diverse
background in both plastic surgery and pain management, allowing her to approach
patient care with a unique blend of precision, understanding, and compassion.
In plastic surgery, she focuses on non-surgical restoration and pre-operative education, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience. Her aesthetic philosophy centers on achieving natural, refreshed results that enhance each individual’s own features.
In pain management, Lauribeth enjoys the challenge of identifying the source of discomfort and developing thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans. She understands that pain is complex and deeply personal, and she approaches each case with patience, empathy, and a commitment to improving quality of life.
Lauribeth strives to create a welcoming, collaborative environment where patients feel heard and supported. She believes that the best outcomes come from empowering
patients to take an active role in their care. Her approach combines medical expertise with a genuine interest in helping others feel their best- both inside and out.
Outside of work, Lauribeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and traveling. She values those moments of connection and fun that bring balance to a busy life.
